Amy received her BS degrees in both Mathematics and Meteorology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in May 2010. Currently working toward her MS degree in Atmospheric Science, her research focus is on remote sensing of surface visibility from space. Amy is a NASA Nebraska Sapce Grant fellow, and during the summer of 2011 she will be working with NASA GSFC scientists as part of the Graduate Student Summer Program (GSSP). Job after graduation: Manager in Groundwater Foundation. Also received an onsite interview opporutnity in NASA Langley Space Flight Center, but didn't take it because of family reasons.
